Zinus gives you 100 days to try out your new mattress. If you don't love it, you're able to return your mattress easily during this time frame.

So long as the mattress is in good condition (no stains or weird smells), you're prompted to fill out a form on their website to receive a return authorization. Afterwards, they’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for arranging a FedEx pick up. For decompressed mattresses reach out to customer support for special refund instructions.

If you purchase a Zinus mattress from a different retailer, you'll need to follow their specific return policy.

Can I return online purchases to a store?

Zinus has very few physical locations globally and sell almost solely online. They suggest using their online return process. This is because, only online Zinus mattress purchases are eligible for the 100-night trial.

How long does a refund take?

After Zinus receives the returned mattress, a refund will be generated back to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.

Keep in mind, this 2-3 business days only starts once they receive the mattress back from you. Shipping normally takes 3-6 business days, which means in total, you could be waiting up to 9 business days for your refund.

Is my entire purchase price refunded?
