Tuft and Needle Warranty (2024)

Tuft and Needle has a 10-year limited warranty. The warranty is limited to defective materials and workmanship: indentation greater than 3/4", split or crack in the foam, or fabric tear or stitch unraveling. In addition, the mattress must be located in the United States at time of claim in order to be covered under this warranty.

How To File A Warranty Claim At Tuft And Needle

‍Warranty claims must be made in writing.

Simply send and email to talk@tuftandneedle.com along with:

• a brief description on the mattress defects
• proof of purchase (with original purchase date)
• a photo of the defect (if possible

From there, if your claim is eligible, you have the option to repair or replace your mattress.
