Filing a warranty claim is made easy at Tempur-Pedic. To ensure a smooth start, be certain to save your proof of purchase documents when the mattress arrives in order to prove the terms of your warranty. To file a warranty claim, you’ll need four documents: the purchase receipt, the bed frame and foundation information, the choice of a retired model, and the registry number and manufacturing date.
Having the purchase receipt is the most essential document, as it verifies your ownership. This document is not needed if you purchased and registered directly from Tempur-Pedic. The registry number and manufacturing date of your Tempur-Pedic mattress can be easily found underneath the mattress’s zip cover. If you are using a base or frame from Tempur-Pedic, then the information on those products is also required. Lastly, if your product is retired and the model cannot be replaced due to stopped production, then you will be either provided with a mattress with a similar feel or given the option to upgrade to a different model for an additional fee.
After you have gathered all of this information, a warranty claim can be submitted to Tempur-Pedic in one of two ways, either by submitting online through the Tempur-Pedic website or by calling a customer service representative at 1-200-821-6621. If you call, a member of the Tempur-Pedic team will instruct you on how to email a copy of your receipt and a photo of your warranty defect.
